Qualifications

• Registered Nurse NMC or ODP HCPC.
• Post-registration qualification for day surgery or theatre practice or equivalent experience demonstrating ability to work without supervision.
• PRACTICE SUPERVISOR AND ASSESSOR TRAINING.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring all patients receive the highest possible standard of care, supported by evidence-based practice.
• Taking part in cross-site rotation to meet the needs of the service on a 24-hour basis.
• Taking charge of a clinical area on a regular basis following successful completion of a development programme.
• Working within the multi-disciplinary team ensuring good professional relationships.
