A leading healthcare provider in Manchester is looking for a dynamic registered practitioner to join the Burns Unit. In light of these changes we are looking for a dynamic, innovative and highly motivated registered practitioner (Nurse or ODP) with excellent clinical knowledge in Anaesthetic Scrub and Recovery to join our team and take a leading role in caring for burns patients during surgery.

The role will be based in Burns Theatre within the Burns Unit at Wythenshawe Hospital. The role of a theatre practitioner is to provide high standards of peri‑operative care to patients whilst giving skilled support to surgeons, anaesthetist and the theatre team. Theatre practitioners need a broad knowledge and skill base, including excellent communication, management and teamwork skills as they are involved with the assessment, delivery and evaluation of care ensuring the safety and comfort of patients throughout their peri‑operative journey.
