Circle Health Group's Lincoln Private Hospital is seeking a Theatre Practitioner to join their team. The role covers scrub, anaesthetics, and recovery support, assisting surgeons, preparing instruments, maintaining sterility, and monitoring patients.

The position is full-time, 37.5 hours per week with flexible shift patterns; candidates must be registered nurses (NMC) or HCPC-registered ODPs, with theatre experience, strong communication, and a commitment to safe surgical practice.

Qualifications

• Applicants should be registered with the NMC or HCPC and have theatre experience in scrub, anaesthetics or recovery.
• Ability to work under pressure, maintain sterility, and follow infection control policies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with attention to patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist the surgical team by preparing instruments, maintaining sterility, and supporting the anaesthetist.
• Monitor patients post‑operatively and assist with discharge readiness.
• Set up theatres per surgery type, check equipment, and report faults.
