Job summary

ATG Productions, part of ATG Entertainment, seeks a Finance Director to lead financial management and strategic planning for the production arm. You will report to Senior Producer with a dotted line to Group CFO and manage the Assistant Accountant, ensuring robust reporting and strong commercial partnership across the leadership team.

Based in London, you will drive efficiency, model opportunities, and supervise production accounting while liaising with UK head office and international finance

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent, practice-trained preferred.
• Experience in senior finance roles within media or production environments is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail, organised, and process-driven.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial management of ATG Productions and lead business partner relationships.
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, cash flow and strategic plans for leadership review.
• Model and analyse business opportunities providing strategic insights.
• Review monthly management accounts and ensure accurate group reporting.
• Develop finance processes, templates, dashboards and KPIs for timely decision making.
• Maintain financial controls and adherence to Delegation of Authority.
