Overview

An opportunity has arisen for Band 3 Theatre Circulating Assistants to work with our dynamic team based at University College Hospital London at Westmoreland Street. The Theatre Circulating Assistant is a vital member of the multidisciplinary team and the post holder must have a genuine interest in patient care. Relevant experience and good communication skills are essential for this post. Further study and professional development are encouraged as here at UCLH we are committed to providing education opportunities for staff at every level.

Responsibilities
  • Support patients and the theatre team in varying roles.
  • Assist the operating team during theatre procedures.
  • Prepare and clean the theatre environment.
  • Carry out delegated work and duties under the supervision of a Lead Theatre Practitioner as appropriate.
  • Work in Theatres at UCLH at Westmoreland Street.
  • Note that elements of this role are physically demanding.
