If so, TaylorMade Golf and The Kingdom at The Grove are offering a unique opportunity to join our elite fitting team as a Master Fitting Technician, where you’ll be responsible for delivering world‑class custom fitting experiences for a wide range of guests—from Tour professionals and media personalities to passionate amateurs and corporate VIPs. Based at The Kingdom at The Grove in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire, this role operates on a Tuesday to Saturday schedule, aligning with our peak guest engagement and ensuring you're part of the most dynamic and rewarding moments in our calendar.

What you'll be doing...

• Delivering a premium, highly technical custom fitting experience for all guests, representing The Kingdom as a world‑class performance centre.
• Collaborating with The Kingdom and The Grove teams to ensure a seamless guest journey from arrival to departure.
• Acting as a resident expert in fitting, providing tailored experiences for players of all skill levels, ages, and genders.
• Building and adjusting golf clubs to a high standard, ensuring optimal performance and fit.
• Maintaining and operating all fitting technologies and applications, including GEARS, Trackman, GC Quad, Quintic, and myFittingEXP.
• Responsible for set‑up and maintenance of equipment utilised for fitting experiences.
• Supporting inventory management and communicating component needs to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
• Staying up to date with product life cycles, equipment trends, and future innovations to maintain expert‑level product knowledge.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement and standardisation of fitting processes.
• Supporting training initiatives for TaylorMade employees and retail partners.
• Participating in content creation for fitting‑related media, when required.
• Upholding the highest standards of facility presentation and retail merchandising.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven expertise in golf club fitting, with deep understanding of swing mechanics and fitting technologies.
• Experience fitting a wide range of players, including professionals and the general public.
• Experience of using fitting applications such as Trackman and GC Quad with proven ability to interpret performance data and metrics
• Strong club building and adjustment skills desirable.
• High‑level golf proficiency and terminology knowledge.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence engaging media, Tour players, and VIP guests.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work independently.
