Set in the heart of Ingol, this suburban pub sits within a thriving residential community and benefits from strong local footfall. Weekly takings average £10,000 with a 70 / 30 wet–dry split, and the pub’s beer garden, outdoor seating and on-site parking make it an attractive destination all year round.

We’re looking for a community-focused operator who enjoys being front and centre, building relationships and driving the pub’s momentum.
