DESCRIPTION

We're excited to share that we have three Performance Marketing Manager roles available, one for each region: Germany, France and Italy. Please note that this role is based in our London offices.

In this role, you will develop and execute strong performance marketing strategies across all ad types, tailored to your specific market. You will be responsible for driving optimal visibility for ELC brands across key pure-play retailers in the EU region.

The ideal candidate will bring solid experience in campaign planning, execution, optimisation and KPI reporting.

WHAT THIS ROLE DOES:

Professional working proficiency in German OR Italian OR French is essential, as the role manages commercial activity and stakeholder interactions in these markets.

  • Develop & implement market-specific Performance Marketing strategies aligned to regional goals
  • Work with agencies to orchestrate and execute campaigns across ELC brands on the retailer's platform
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to localise messaging and adapt campaign plans
  • Ensure creative and media assets meet platform requirements
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and apply optimisation tactics
  • Deliver performance reports with insights and recommendations
  • Liaise with agencies to ensure reporting accuracy and execution excellence
  • Work closely with the SNAM/NAM team to align with retailer promotional calendars and merchandising priorities
  • Support budget tracking and escalation of performance/budget risks
  • Stay informed on platform updates, trends, and competitor activity
  • Share learnings to support continuous improvement
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE
  • Fluency in German OR Italian OR French (verbal and written) is required for this role due to the need to support these markets.
  • 3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing - ideally with focus on vendor central or Retail media - agency or brand-side welcome
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful performance marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon advertising platforms (e.g., Amazon Advertising) and campaign optimization techniques.
  • Tools/platform experience beyond Amazon - e.g. SKAI/Pacvue or other analytical tools
  • Stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from campaign data.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to contribute innovative ideas to campaign development.
