We are seeking an inspirational and energetic Manager to play a leading role in the success of the team by coaching and developing our team of Skin Care Experts to achieve sales, client service and operational targets. You will have accountability for creating and executing an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, exceptional customer relationship management and the leadership of a high performing team. Qualifications

You will have:

  • Proven retail experience at manager or above level, preferably within beauty or skin care
  • Experience in team management with skills in leadership, communication, motivation and performance evaluation
  • The ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
  • A drive to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Retail operations experience including inventory management
  • Experience of creating and executing in-store events
  • An approachable and friendly personality
