Position Overview

We’re looking for an experienced and dedicated Waiter / Waitress to join our team and play a key role in creating a wonderful dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Exceptional Service : Provide attentive and personalised service to ensure a flawless dining experience to our guests.
  • Menu Knowledge : Know our menu well including ingredients and cooking techniques to help guests with their choices.
  • Presentation : Serve dishes with style pour wine accurately and create memorable dining moments.
  • Teamwork : Work well with your colleagues to ensure a smooth service.
  • Upselling : Recommend featured items drinks and wine pairings to enhance guests experiences.
  • Stay Cool : Handle high-pressure situations calmly professionally and refer them to the line manager if necessary.

Hours per week: 45

Qualifications
  • Leaving Cert level education or above
  • NVQ qualification or equivalent
  • Ability to display a real passion for food beverage and customer service
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Hands on and proactive approach
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Excellent time management
