A prominent restaurant group in Thatcham is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in team management and culinary development. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a culinary role, strong communication skills, and a passion for food and customer service. This full-time position involves 45 hours per week with opportunities for progression and a range of employee benefits, including complimentary meals during shifts and a workplace pension scheme.
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Sous Chef. The Sous Chef will support our Head Chef in the running and development of the team in training, health and safety and menus.
