Rosa’s Thai is growing across the UK and we’re looking for a Wok Chef to join our kitchen team in Edinburgh. You’ll cook, prep and deliver great Thai food with speed, care and consistency for dine-in and delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy kitchen and in Asian cuisine is preferred.
• Confident in using a wok to cook high-quality dishes.
• Able to stay organized and maintain high standards during service.

Responsibilities

• Cook and serve proper Thai food.
• Run the WOK section delivering Rosa’s food the Rosa’s way.
• Work clean, organized and ready for service.
• Support the team to deliver every dish to spec.
• Work with a fast-paced team for dine-in and delivery.
