Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Vacancies: 2 Positions (Grades 8-10)

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach engaging English language and literature lessons for Grades 8-10, aligned with CBSE curriculum.
  • Prepare students for board exams and foundational language skills for competitive exams.
  • Foster reading, writing, and communication skills through interactive activities.
  • Supervise extra study hours (6:00 PM–8:00 PM, three days/week).
  • Participate in one half-day Sunday duty per month (morning session).
  • Assess student progress through essays, tests, and assignments, providing constructive feedback.
  • Provide academic and motivational guidance in a residential setting.
  • Contribute to co-curricular activities, such as literary clubs, debates, or drama.
  • Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in English or related field (B.A. English preferred).
  • B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (preferred).
  • 1-2 years of experience teaching English at the secondary level (Grades 8-10).
  • Strong knowledge of CBSE English curriculum.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
  • Passion for engaging students in a residential school environment.
  • Willingness to reside on campus (accommodation provided).
  • Commitment to extra study hours and occasional Sunday duties.
Work Schedule
  • Regular Hours: 8:30 AM–4:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
  • Extra Study Hours: 6:00 PM–8:00 PM, three days/week.
  • Sunday Duty: One half-day/month (morning session).
