Job summary

THH Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a well-established textile manufacturer in Dewsbury for a Textile Operative. The role involves inspecting finished textile products in a modern factory setting, with a 40-hour week on a two-shift rota.

Shift pattern: Week 1 6am-2pm (Mon-Fri); Week 2 2pm-12am (Mon-Thu) with 30-minute unpaid lunch. On-site parking and a supportive team environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a quality control environment (Ideally textiles)
• Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
• Reliable with good timekeeping

THH Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established textile manufacturer in Dewsbury. We're looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to join their as a Textile Operative.

This is a hands-on role inspecting the finished textile product in a modern, clean factory setting, please note you MUST be physically fit for this role as you will be on your feet for your full shift,.

The role will be 40 hours (37.5hrs paid) week on a 2 shift rota, rotating weekly

Week 1 - 6am-2pm - Monday to Friday

Week 2 - 2pm - 12am (midnight) Monday to Thursday

With a 30-minute unpaid lunch break

Key Responsibilities:

• Filling up Beams
• Creeling and Splicing
• ensuring correct product is loaded onto correct creel
• filling in paperwork to pass to the office team
• basic repair of product if any small faults found

Ideal Candidate:
