The Role
As a company in the process of scaling, we are looking for a motivated and talented Tester to join our team.
We are offering the opportunity to work within our multi-disciplinary Technical Operations team to support the delivery of our patient-centric platform. You will be an integral part of our testing team responsible for testing our mobile applications and web services across various study builds. The role will bring plenty of interesting technical challenges and provide the opportunity for personal growth.

What will you do?
- Contribute to definition of testing requirements for new study builds
- Follow a context driven and risk‑based approach to testing, performing different test techniques where necessary, e.g., exploratory, smoke, regression, e2e testing
- Prioritise work across multiple projects
- Creating, maintaining and executing test scripts
- Carrying out testing on mobile and web platforms
- Raising, retesting and closing defects
- Collaborate with developers, testers, leads and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth transition of work and to communicate progress for awareness.
- Authoring and reviewing test documentation
- Key stakeholder in refinement, retrospectives, and sprint planning
- Support test automation on both mobile and web
What you need to succeed
- Ability to carry out unscripted exploratory testing
- Experience with testing web applications
- Experience with testing native mobile applications on iOS and Android
- Good understanding of cross‑browser and cross‑platform testing
- Strong experience of defining test cases for new functionality
- Strong experience in executing and maintaining test cases
- Experience of using a defect management system (JIRA preferred, but others are ok)
- Solid understanding of Software development lifecycles and agile principles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice to have
- Atlassian Suite (JIRA / Confluence / Zephyr a bonus)
- Previous experience in any regulated industry
- Experience in using Gherkin syntax for writing BDD scenarios
- Non‑functional testing experience (such as Performance, Security and Accessibility)
- Web / mobile application automation experience
- Experience in working on large, complex projects
