Job summary

Rivencore Global Solutions is seeking a skilled Test Technician to join our engineering team. You will perform inspection and test across cable, PCB, electrical, mechanical and general assemblies to IPC 610/620 standards, with a focus on quality and first-time pass.

Based in Poole, you will work in a controlled environment, following procedures, maintaining records, and collaborating with colleagues to solve faults.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspection to IPC 610 and 620 standards on Rivencore products to ensure high quality.
• Perform production testing on Rivencore products and maintain records.
• Fault finding on complex assemblies and circuitry.
• Assist in the generation of test documentation and equipment for Rivencore products.
• Follow company processes, procedures and health & safety requirements.
• Work safely in an ESD-protected environment and collaborate with the team.

Join our team and play a key role in the Inspection and Test of high-quality products designed for demanding applications.

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Test Technicianto join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their workmanship, has a keen eye for detail and enjoys working in a quality-focused engineering environment.

You’ll be responsible for the inspection and test of a wide range of products including cable assemblies, PCB assemblies, Electrical, Mechanical and General Assemblies to a very high standard, working in line with MOD and IPC(610 and 620) standards (training provided).

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Perform inspection to IPC 610 and 620 standards on the full range of Rivencore products to ensure a high standard of quality is met.
• Perform production testing on the full range of Rivencore products, including maintenance of records.
• Perform fault finding on complex assemblies and circuitry.
• Assist in the generation of test documentation and equipment for Rivencore products.
• Following company processes, procedures and health & safety requirements.
• Working safely and effectively within an ESD-protected environment.
• Working effectively both independently and as part of a wider team.
