An opportunity has arisen for a Warranty Test Technician to join a dedicated engineering team, focusing on the detailed analysis and testing of customer warranty returns. Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and diagnose returned units against OEM specifications to identify faults.
• Report analysis data in customer‑specific formats within agreed timeframes.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective and preventative actions.
• Provide technical support across internal departments to enhance product quality.
• Communicate fault and liability findings to management for corrective action planning.
• Ensure lessons learned are captured and applied to future projects.
• Participate in cross‑departmental meetings to improve build quality and reduce warranty claims.
• Manage product flow through the warranty department efficiently.
• Maintain calibration systems and ensure equipment is correctly calibrated.
• Support special projects and contribute to continuous improvement activities.
• Prepare simple reports and present findings to management.

Requirements:
