What You'll Be Doing
  • Testing high-spec products in line with detailed specifications, bringing rigour and consistency to every assessment
  • Completing clear, accurate reports and documentation for every test cycle
  • Inspecting and validating parts and assemblies against exacting engineering standards
  • Diagnosing faults down to component level, including PCBs — going beyond surface-level fixes
  • Recording root causes and findings into internal systems with precision
  • Supporting the maintenance of test equipment and maintaining an organised working area
  • Collaborating closely with engineers and production to meet schedules and exceed quality targets
What You'll Bring
  • 3 years' experience as a Test Technician or in a similar hands‑on electronics role
  • Proven expertise in fault‑finding to component level, particularly on PCBs
  • Ability to read and interpret circuit diagrams, schematics and wiring drawings with confidence
  • Experience in a low‑to‑medium volume manufacturing or test cell environment
  • Proactive, curious mindset — able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong PC skills, especially Microsoft Excel
