Job summary

Oxford Instruments Plasma Technology is seeking a Test Solutions Engineer for a permanent role in Severn Beach, near Bristol. You will lead the development and maintenance of automatic test equipment, design control systems, and support new product introduction across manufacturing.

You will work with Engineering and Manufacturing to define critical test requirements, improve diagnostics, and drive cost-effective testing solutions across the supply chain.

Qualifications

HNC in Electronics or equivalent required.
Experience with high-frequency RF matching and signal processing.
Programming and software development experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

Lead specification, development, commissioning, and maintenance of Automatic Test Equipment (ATE).
Design and manufacture control systems, including software, for test equipment.
Create and maintain schematics, assembly drawings and BOMs.
Develop, implement, and improve test methods, schedules, and procedures.
