Are you a motivated Mechanical or Aerospace Engineer ready to take your next step in a world-leading safety and engineering organisation?

We are looking for a talented engineer with proven industry experience in a regulated engineering environment to join a dynamic Test & Qualification team, where innovation, precision and safety excellence come together.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret and manage technical requirements to create and execute qualification programme plans.
  • Develop, execute and report on test plans.
  • Conduct theoretical analysis using analytical methods and computational tools to support qualification.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and contribute to continuous improvement practices.
  • Collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and to specification.
  • Stay up to date on relevant technologies, regulations and industry practices.
Key Requirements:
  • Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering (or related discipline).
  • Strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles and engineering analysis.
  • Demonstrable experience in planning, executing and reporting on product test/qualification activities in an engineering environment.
  • Able to validate work independently and review peers' work
  • Knowledge of DFMEA, 2D & 3D AutoCAD
  • Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for continuous improvement and a safety-first mindset.
  • Must be security clearable
