Job description

• EAM (Enterprise Asset management) Migration of current systems to IBM Maximo, creating EAM Test Strategy and defined the EAM Test Approach/Planning and Test Governance from inception. Managed 3rd Party vendors Test Teams in delivery of the Programme hybrid onshore/offshore model.
• Built the Test interview and hiring the Test Teams for System Test (Agile Development), SIT Team, Automation and DevOps alignment, ETL Data Team, Test Data and Environment Management (Platform), UAT Support, NFT Performance and SRT/OAT (Service Acceptance).
• Responsibilities included MI reporting to PDB and PMB and Stakeholder management. Participant in Agile Ceremonies (PI and Sprint Planning, DSUs, BLR, Change planning and Retrospectives/PIR, MI Reporting, RAID and Change Meetings and attended SDA (Solution Design Architecture) meetings for Roadmap.
• Conducted team contractor rate reviews/extensions. Test Resource forecasting, x-training and finances.
• UK and US Applications Data Centre Migration test manager supporting the 7 Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and IBM/TCS/Wipro Programme Partners in the migration of all UK Business Applications (72) and US (240 Applications) from On-Prem (including US Mainframe and testing thereof) to hosted Data Centres.
• Supported the POs and SMs across the Programme in all NG Scrum ceremonies utilising JIRA and delivered testing across System Testing, SIT/E2E, UAT and NFT, OAT and Cutover. Managed Defect Triage until Warranty period closed.
• All Data Centres migrated successfully.
