To learn more, visit www.n-cons.co.uk.**Role Description****Role: Test Lead/Manager****Location: Solihull, UK (3 days weekly from office)****Job description:**1. **End-to-End Testing Lifecycle** * Strong experience across test planning, design, execution, defect management, and closure * Comfortable working beyond test execution into governance and assurance2. **Test Reporting & QA Governance** * Ownership of test status reporting (daily/weekly) * Experience producing test metrics, dashboards, and risk-based updates for management * Ability to support Go/No-Go and readiness discussions3. **Integration Testing Experience** * Proven experience leading or coordinating **E2E integration testing** * Comfortable working across multiple systems and suppliers * Ability to understand data flows and integration touchpoints (not just UI testing)4. **Supplier & Stakeholder Management** * Experience working in a **multi-vendor environment** * Confident engaging with suppliers, internal teams, and client stakeholders * Able to challenge constructively and drive alignment5. **Test Management Tooling** * Strong working knowledge of **JIRA** (mandatory) * Experience managing test execution, defects, and reporting via JIRA-based processes**Good to Have (Nice-to-Have)*** Exposure to **data migration testing** (planning, validation, reconciliation)* Experience in public-facing or high-volume transactional systems* Familiarity with non-functional testing coordination (performance, security, accessibility)**Why Join Us?**• Opportunity to work on global projects across diverse industries. • Exposure to the latest networking technologies, cloud platforms, and security practices. • Collaborative work culture that values innovation, learning, and career growth. • Be part of a team driving digital transformation and sustainable IT solutions.
