Job summary

GCS, a global QA team, seeks a Test Lead - International QA in Banking to drive quality across complex financial platforms. You will lead testing activities in global teams, shaping test strategies and mentoring engineers.

Ideal candidates have hands-on .NET UI automation with Selenium, strong API testing, and solid CI/CD using Jenkins. You will work with SQL databases and leverage TDD, SOLID and POM practices to deliver robust releases in a cross-border environment.

Test Lead - International QA (Banking)

Join our global QA team as a Test Lead driving quality across complex financial platforms.

What you´ll bring:

• Proven background leading testing in international teams, ideally within finance or banking
• Strong experience as a Software Tester across enterprise systems
• Hands‑on .NET UI automation using Selenium WebDriver/Grid
• Deep expertise in API testing
• Solid understanding of CI/CD with practical Jenkins pipeline configuration
• Strong grounding in testing best practices: SOLID , TDD , POM/Page Factory , structured test data (CSV/YAML/JSON), JDBC integration
• Confident working with SQL and relational databases in a QA context
