Job summary

A leading UK defense firm is seeking a candidate for a role focused on manual and automated testing. Responsibilities include executing test scripts, managing requirements, and supporting project managers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various testing phases and should facilitate strong working relationships. Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience of Operational Acceptance and supporting documentation.
• Demonstrable understanding the Software Development and Testing Lifecycles.
• Service Readiness experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to the Program and Project Managers.
• Focus on building a strong relationship with the customer Test Assurance team.
• Execute both Manual and Automated Test Scripts.

Skills

Manual / Automated testing experience

Experience of all phases of testing

Clear understanding of multiple delivery methodologies

Windows experience/knowledge including AD

Excellent at building strong working relationships

• Excellent at building strong working relationships with peers, colleagues, and customers
• Confident working closely with the customer Test Assurance team focusing on building a strong relationship.
• Windows experience/knowledge including AD

Your experience

• Demonstrable experience of Operational Acceptance and supporting documentation.
• Demonstrable understanding the Software Development and Testing Lifecycles
• Experience of all phases of testing, including but not limited to Integration, System, Regression, FAT, SAT, UAT, OAT and witness testing.
• Service Readiness experience.

This role will require you to be willing and eligible to undergo a high level of UK security clearance.
