Test Manager - Coupa, Oracle & Data

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead the testing strategy and execution for a major Coupa implementation , followed by integration with Oracle . This role sits within a complex transformation programme covering Source-to-Pay (S2P), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), data migration , and multi-system integration across a fast‑paced telecom / retail‑style environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end test strategy , planning , execution , and governance for the Coupa implementation .
• Define and manage mock cycles , data reconciliation plans, testing timelines, and exit criteria.
• Lead functional and non-functional testing across all relevant S2P processes .
• Lead detailed testing across P2P processes , ensuring purchasing, invoicing, approvals, supplier
• Oversee all data migration and data validation activities to ensure clean, reconciled data across systems.
• Coordinate end-to-end testing across Coupa, Oracle, Siebel, and ServiceNow .
