Responsibilities

• Invigilation and supervision of tests to ensure test integrity.
• Check candidates' ID documents and register them in the system.
• Ensure security and integrity of tests throughout the process.
• Open and close test centre procedures and daily operations.
• Explain test procedures to candidates and answer queries.
• Support with other queries and accommodate candidate needs under the Equality Act.

Through more than 70 test centres, we provide 1.7 million + Driving Theory Tests a year across several regions of the UK.Our delivery provides the infrastructure and processes required to test each candidates driving theory knowledge and hazard perception. We ensure the integrity and compliance of each individual test in accordance with the assessment standards set by the DVSA.What is the role about?You will be responsible for the invigilation of exams and the efficient delivery of tests to candidates, ensuring that relevant procedures and guidelines are adhered to at all times. The Test Centre Associate will strictly adhere to the guidelines in accordance with the programme’s requirements and Reed in Partnership’s policies and procedures.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Providing a high level of customer serviceChecking candidates ID documents and booking them in on the systemEnsuring the integrity and security of tests are maintainedSupervision and invigilation of testsExplaining the test process to candidates and supporting with other queriesReviewing tests and test centre scheduledPerforming daily test centre opening and closing proceduresEnsuring the test centre meets individual candidate needs in line with the Equality Act and our approach to diversity and inclusionHandling and reporting incidents that could impact candidate testingYour Work ScheduleOur Test Centre Associate roles offer a flexible working pattern (either part-time or occasional shifts) with the potential for additional hours to suit you.Shifts could range from:Mornings - 8.30am to 1pm/2pmAfternoons - 12.30pm/1pm to 5.30pm/6.30pmFull day - 8.30am to 5.30pm/6.30pmEvenings - 4.30pm/5pm to 8.30pm/9.30pmAfternoon & Evenings – 12pm/1pm to 8.30pm/9.30pmThe Liverpool Theory Test Centre usually opens five or six days per week, subject to demand. Operating days are usually Monday to Saturday.
