A leading retail company in Warrington is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee daily operations and provide excellent customer service. The role involves coordinating the team, ensuring store standards, and maintaining a safe shopping environment while adapting to varying shift patterns. Candidates must be over 18 and will benefit from a flexible working environment with various perks.

Our Shift Leader rate of pay starts from £14.76 per hour; this increases to £15.97 for stores inside the M25. For all hours worked between midnight and 6am you will receive an additional night premium of £2.35 per hour worked. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.
It is policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week. If you’d like to work fewer hours (to a minimum of 12) we have opportunities for this too.
The available times are the periods of time in the week we would like you to be available to work. We will schedule your contracted hours within these times, and you will have 3 weeks’ notice of exactly when your shifts will be. We are happy to support flexibility; if the times you are available to work match closely but not exactly to the advertised times, we would still love to hear from you.
