Availability Window

  • Tue: 14:00 - 23:00

  • Sat: 06:00 - 15:00

Our Shift Leader rate of pay starts from £14.76 an hour; this increases to £15.97 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

It’s our policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). We will schedule your shifts within your availability, with 3 weeks’ notice.

Customers are at the heart of everything we do. As a Shift Leader, you will:

  • Work in a fast-paced retail environment with variety
  • Take ownership of running duty shifts and coordinate the team
  • Assist customers and ensure excellent service
  • Coach colleagues and provide feedback
  • Support store safety and operations
  • Lead by example

You need to be 18 or over to apply. Responsibilities include:
