A leading retail company in Alton is seeking a Shift Leader. This role involves overseeing daily store operations, providing support to colleagues, and ensuring customers receive excellent service in a well-maintained environment. Shift pay: The shift Leader rate of pay starts from £14.76 an hour; this increases to £15.97 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.
It is Tesco policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week. If you prefer fewer hours, a minimum of 12 hours is available and would still be considered.
The advertised availability windows show the periods during the week we would like you to be available to work. We will schedule your contracted hours within these times and give 3 weeks’ notice of exact shifts. We are happy to support flexibility if your availability matches closely but not exactly the advertised times.
It is not necessary to be available for every window; your application is welcome if your availability aligns with our needs.
