A leading retail company in Edinburgh is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee store operations and enhance customer service. You will manage the store team to ensure a clean, well-stocked environment while providing an excellent shopping experience. Pay and hours
Shift Leader rate of pay starts from £14.76 per hour; increases to £15.97 per hour for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location. It is Tesco policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with opportunities to work down to a minimum of 12 hours if desired.
Role availability and scheduling
The table shows weekly availability windows. We will schedule contracted hours within these times, with 3 weeks notice of shifts. We support flexibility, so if your available times closely match but do not exactly align with advertised times, we would still love to hear from you.
