A leading UK supermarket chain in Bradford is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee store operations and ensure an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities include leading the team, coordinating store activities, and maintaining high standards of service. The ideal candidate will excel in customer service, possess strong leadership skills, and be over 18. Competitive pay starting from £14.76 an hour with flexible hours is offered.

Pay starts from £14.76 an hour; this increases to £15.97 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.
New colleagues joining us are offered a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, with options to work fewer hours (to a minimum of 12) if preferred.
The availability windows shown indicate the periods of time during the week we would like you to be available. We will schedule your contracted hours within these times and provide 3 weeks’ notice of shifts. We are happy to support flexibility if your available times are close to, but not exactly, the advertised times.
