Job summary

Tesco UK is looking for a confident Shift Lead to help run our Manchester stores. You’ll lead the team across daily store operations, resolve issues, and deliver great service to customers in a fast-paced retail environment.

Pay starts at £15.59 per hour with rises to £16.86 in stores within the M25. The role guarantees a minimum of 16 hours per week, with some locations offering 12‑hour shifts. We value inclusive teamwork and flexible working to support colleagues and customers.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we're looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
