Tesco is seeking a Shift Lead to help run in-store operations across locations in the United Kingdom. You will lead the team, manage daily tasks, and ensure excellent customer service during defined availability windows.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at �15.59 per hour, rising to �16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we're looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
