Tesco is recruiting festive colleagues for in-store roles across the country. Roles include serving customers, stocking shelves and fulfilling Click and Collect orders. No experience needed—just the right attitude—and you’ll be part of a warm, friendly team.

Shifts are flexible with a minimum of 12 guaranteed hours per week; options to work fewer hours (from 7.5) are also available. You’ll help deliver Christmas cheer to households nationwide while enjoying a supportive, inclusive workplace.

Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £13.28 an hour; this increases to £14.55 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location and skills.

PLEASE NOTE YOU MUST BE OVER 18 FOR THIS ROLE.

• You’ll help deliver Christmas cheer for households across the nation.
• You’ll provide support in store during the busy festive period.
• You could be stocking shelves and making sure products are where they need to be.
• Or, you could be serving customers and putting together orders for our Click and Collect service.
• Whatever the task, you’ll take pride in making sure that customers get a brilliant experience.
