Pay rates: Starting from £12.45 per hour, £13.66 within the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.

We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week (minimum 12 if you prefer fewer hours). 3 weeks' notice of shifts is provided.

  • Serve shoppers every day and help meet their needs.
  • Assist with store service, picking and replenishment areas.
  • Apply training safely, effectively and deliver brilliant customer service.
  • Make customer‑focussed decisions and deliver store routines.
  • Participate in seasonal, community and charity events, creating an inclusive atmosphere.
  • Maintain product quality and handle deliveries into the store.
  • Follow Tesco policies, work safely and assist in achieving store performance goals.
Qualifications
  • Over 18 years old.

  • Can work well within a team and communicate openly.

  • Willing to accept deliveries and support store operations as needed.
  • Understanding of store performance and commitment to driving service and sales.
