Tesco UK is hiring for a Store Colleague role. You will play a vital part in serving customers, maintaining store standards and collaborating with colleagues across departments. The role offers varied tasks and real opportunities to grow within a busy retail environment.
The position emphasises great service, reliability, and being a friendly brand ambassador. Minimum 16 guaranteed hours weekly, with options to work 12 hours for suitable roles, in stores within or outside the M25.
Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £13.28 an hour; this increases to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.
It's our policy to offer new colleagues joining us a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, but if you'd like to work fewer hours (to a minimum of 12) we have opportunities for this too and would still love to hear from you.
