Job summary

Tesco UK is hiring for a Phone Shop Colleague in our stores. You will provide friendly, natural service, help customers choose mobile products and complete phone and contract setups.

You will support across the Phone Shop and wider store, contribute to great service and strong sales, and work with a positive, team-focused approach in a role with guaranteed hours and opportunities to grow.

Tesco Phone Shop Colleague pay starts at £13.70 per hour, rising to £14.97 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 12 hours per week.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.

A passion for delivering great service, greeting every customer with a smile, and serving them with pride while helping them find the right mobile products and solutions.

The ability to build rapport quickly so customers leave feeling confident, supported, and having had a great experience in the Phone Shop.

The initiative to make the right decisions for customers, whether you’re solving a tech query, recommending a product, or supporting with a contract setup.
