Job summary

Tesco is looking for a Phone Shop Colleague to provide friendly, natural service and help customers choose mobile products and solutions in our store. The role offers flexible, part-time hours with a minimum guaranteed weekly hours and opportunities to grow within the business.

Responsibilities include assisting customers with phone setups, completing contracts, and supporting various tech inquiries, while contributing to great service and store performance.

Tesco Phone Shop Colleague pay starts at �13.70 per hour, rising to �14.97 in stores within the M25.Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 12 hours per week.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.

Understanding how your role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction and overall store performance

A passion for delivering great service, greeting every customer with a smile, and serving them with pride while helping them find the right mobile products and solutions.

The ability to build rapport quickly so customers leave feeling confident, supported, and having had a great experience in the Phone Shop.

The initiative to make the right decisions for customers, whether you’re solving a tech query, recommending a product, or supporting with a contract setup.

A positive, team focused approach, communicating openly, working well with colleagues across the store, having fun, and celebrating success together.
