Pay and Hours

Our Tesco colleague rate starts from £12.45 an hour; this increases to £13.66 within the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.

We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours weekly, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). We will schedule your shifts within your availability and give 3 weeks' notice.

We support flexibility; if your availability closely matches but not exactly the advertised times, we still encourage you to apply.
