Job summary

Tesco UK in Yeovil seeks frontline staff to deliver friendly, natural service and build customer rapport. You will help across shelf replenishment, checkout, online order picking and occasional delivery tasks, ensuring daily store efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Tesco Colleague pay starts at £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in stores within the M25. For all hours worked between midnight and 6am you will receive an additional night premium of £2.35 per hour worked. Some locations may offer additional payments.

We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available. Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts.
