Tesco Colleague roles offer a friendly, inclusive environment with a focus on customer service and teamwork. You’ll help customers across various store duties, from shelf replenishment to checkout and online order picking, with shifts scheduled around a minimum commitment of 16 hours per week.

Pay starts at £13.28 per hour and increases to £14.55 in M25 stores, with some locations offering additional payments.

Tesco Colleague pay starts at £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments.

We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available. Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts.
