Job summary

Tesco UK is hiring Store Colleagues to join our friendly, fast-paced teams. In this role you will greet customers, help with products, and keep shelves stocked while delivering great service.

You'll work across shifts, with a minimum of 16 hours a week, and you'll learn new skills through daily tasks such as checkout support, online order picking, and store replenishment. We value teamwork, initiative, and pride in serving customers.

Tesco Colleague pay starts at £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments.

We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available. Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts.
