Job summary

Tesco Express in Uckfield is hiring a part-time Colleague to join our team. You will provide friendly service, help customers, and support across the store including checkout and online order picking. Flexible hours and a minimum commitment of 16 hours per week are offered, with schedules shared in advance.

The role includes store duties, customer care, and contributing to overall performance while enjoying staff benefits and discount schemes where applicable.

Tesco Colleague pay starts at £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments.

We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available. Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts.
