Job summary

Tesco UK is seeking to recruit colleagues to join our store teams. You’ll help deliver friendly and efficient service, engage with customers, and support a range of store duties from replenishment to checkout.

This role offers flexible hours and a commitment to inclusive, welcoming workplaces. With pay starting around £13.28 per hour and rising to £14.55 in M25 areas, you’ll have the opportunity to grow with Tesco while contributing to great service and store performance.

Qualifications

Tesco Colleague pay starts at £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments.

We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available. Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts.
