Job summary

Bestway Vans Direct is recruiting a Customer Sales Representative to join National Opportunities. A 3-week training programme supports you to develop skills, followed by territory visits to retailers delivering excellent service and building strong relationships.

You will carry a tablet and phone, driving your own success in representing major global brands. The role offers a base salary of £26,562 with OTE up to £30,000, 30 days holiday, a company pension, life assurance, and a uniform.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full manual UK driving licence.
• Excellent communication skills with customers.
• Positive, proactive attitude and can-do approach.
• Excellent time keeping and reliability.
• Self-motivated team player focused on results.
• Driven to succeed in a fast-paced sales role.
• Aged 18 or over.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 3-week training programme to build product and sales skills.
• Visit retailers on pre-planned and unscheduled journeys within a local territory.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and manage customer relationships.
• Work with tablet and phone to record visits and progress, representing major FMCG brands.
