Stryker is seeking a field-based Sales Professional to drive growth for the Sports Medicine portfolio in South Central UK. You will manage existing customers, identify new opportunities, and design territory strategies while delivering product knowledge to doctors, nurses and staff on proper use and maintenance.

The role requires 3-5 years of medical device sales, strong communication, and ownership mindset. A full driving license and comfort in theatre environments are essential.

You will be responsible for driving sales in your territory, and for developing relationships with customers of the Sports Medicine portfolio in South Central UK. You will manage existing business and account manage established customers, whilst scoping out new business opportunities and strategising to create long-term success for your territory. When onsite with customers, you use your product knowledge and quick thinking to solve product queries and inform doctors, nurses and other staff as to the proper use and maintenance of your products.

What you need

• B.A. or B.S degree ideally in a science or business-based subject (or equivalent work experience)
• 3-5 years of Medical Device Sales experience within any discipline
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• An individual who takes ‘ownership’, has the ability to demonstrate business acumen through proven sales strategies and relationship building
• Team player
• Full drivers’ license
• You must be comfortable working in theatre/surgical environments

United Kingdom Pay Ranges:

• United Kingdom RB: £28,800 - £43,200 GBP Annual
