Territory Sales Manager/Sales Manager/Residential Sales Manager is required to join a leading HVAC organisation, driving dealer engagement, strategic growth initiatives, and market share development across the Central Division.

Territory Sales Manager/Sales Manager/Residential Sales Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing business plans, dealer recruitment programs, pricing strategies, and training initiatives to support both internal teams and external dealer partners.

An ideal Territory Sales Manager will have a strong background in HVAC sales or program development, proven leadership skills, and to collaborate across sales, marketing, and operations teams.

Package & Location:
  • $100K – $160K base salary, plus bonus and incentives
  • Medical, dental, vision, life insurance and 401K with company match
  • Based in Dallas, TX
Territory Sales Manager/Sales Manager/Residential Sales Manager Responsibilities:
  • Develop the annual HVAC business plan in alignment with divisional leadership
  • Create and manage new dealer recruitment programs and incentive structures
  • Establish and maintain divisional pricing strategies
  • Implement a dealer development training program for Territory Managers (TMs)
  • Streamline HVAC product offerings by branch to drive focus and improve inventory depth
  • Collaborate with Marketing to design and execute HVAC budgets, incentives, and dealer engagement campaigns

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline preferred
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in HVAC sales, business development, or dealer program management
