Sales Engineer / Regional Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager required for a distributor of precision abrasives and grinding solutions such as grinding wheels, superabrasives and spindle systems used in precision engineering.

The Sales Engineer / Regional Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for growing accounts and developing new business across Eastern Canada, mainly Toronto and the surrounding areas.

Ideally, the successful Sales Engineer / Regional Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager will have a background in precision engineering, manufacturing or mechanical engineering and have prior sales experience selling a technical product or solution.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Grow accounts and generate new business for a distributor of precision abrasives across Eastern Canada, mainly Toronto and surrounding areas
  • Sell precision abrasives and grinding solutions including grinding wheels, superabrasives, and spindle systems used in precision engineering
  • Manage a sales pipeline from lead generation through to closing sales
  • Attend tradeshows and exhibitions to promote products and expand your network
  • Deliver technical presentations on precision products and provide technical solutions as needed

Requirements

  • Background in precision engineering, manufacturing, or mechanical engineering
  • Prior sales experience selling a technical product or solution
  • Knowledge of precision abrasives is advantageous but not required
  • Ideally reside in Toronto or surrounding areas
