Job summary

A leading medical devices company is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive sales of Endoscopy and GI Radiology products in the South Thames Region. The ideal candidate will have medical sales experience, strong relationship-building skills, and a science-related degree. This position offers a competitive salary with OTE, company vehicle, and flexible working arrangements.

Role Overview

Territory Sales Manager – responsible for selling a range of Endoscopy and GI Radiology products, including metal stents, haemostasis gels, endoscopic accessories (guidewire, clips, snares) and ablation catheters to GI radiologists, consultants, liver surgeons, GI surgeons and endoscopists. Covers the South Thames Region, ideally based in Croydon, Crawley, Slough, Epsom or Guildford.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key medical professionals and decision makers.
  • Drive sales growth and achieve turnover targets, with the potential to double the team’s performance.
  • Provide product expertise and support during surgical procedures.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and secure new opportunities.

Ideal Candidate

Strong team player with medical sales experience, preferably in endoscopy or related fields such as cardio, radio, endo or neuro. Energetic, curious, eager to learn and not afraid to ask questions. Must understand surgical procedures. A science‑related degree, especially bioscience, is a significant advantage.
