Job summary

Flipdish Limited is seeking a Territory Sales Executive in Cardiff to lead new business growth across your defined territory. You will own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through discovery, proposals, negotiation, and close, building a strong pipeline and delivering tailored demos.

You’ll run face-to-face meetings, diagnose pain points, and present consultative business cases that link our restaurant-tech solutions to commercial goals, driving target achievement and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or business development, ideally field sales or territory management.
• Ability to build and run an outbound pipeline and consistently hit targets.
• Confident in consultative conversations and linking product value to business outcomes.
• Highly organised and self-directed, able to plan territory and manage time.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for your territory from prospecting to close.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities with inbound and outbound activity.
• Run face-to-face meetings and demos linking Flipdish value to customer goals.
• Diagnose pain points and build business cases with the right commercial structure.
• Navigate complex deals with multiple stakeholders and move opportunities forward.
